We just purchased a new home and requested that Energy Performance Services come out and give our A/C system a full analysis. Despite a clean bill of health from our home inspection there were some issues that were detected by EPS and resolved promptly. EPS provided a detailed analysis of the system before the work and after, and walked me through the report to show me what was working well, what was not (which they immediately fixed) and what might be a candidate for a future service.
Must say that this is a first class business owner. We made a call, next day tech arrived and did some tests. Our AC is now running at peak performance and is ready for the AZ summer.
